Deposits: 

A deposit is required to guarantee a reservation.

If cancellation occurs between 2 and 7 days of arrival the deposit will only be returned if we re-let the room.

If you fail to arrive or cancel within 48hours of your arrival, then you will be liable for 100% of your intended 1st night's stay.
